For Graphic Design and Promotional Items, payment is typically due at the time the order is placed, unless other arrangements have been made.

For Video Production, 30% is due before production begins, 30% is due at the time of production (shoot) and remainder is due upon completion, unless other arrangements have been made. If you are a new client, you may be asked to pay 50% up front.
